Return & Refund Policy

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions on this page.

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns for items that are unworn, in original packaging (unopened, if delivered in branded packaging), and in re-sellable condition.

No exceptions will be made. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please take a photograph of the delivery before opening it and contact us immediately.

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, get in touch with us right away so we can resolve the issue.


Returns & Exchange Process

IMPORTANT:
Please do not return any items to us without first obtaining a Return Authorisation. We will reject returns if:

  • You do not have a return authorisation from our customer service team

  • The product appears to have been worn or tried on

Hygiene Reminder: For your protection, we cannot accept returns on underwear that has been worn or tried on.


Step 1:
Contact us at info@crownandcomfort.co.uk before returning any items. Please send us clear images of the front and back of the package to confirm the product is unopened and in original condition.

Step 2:
Once we confirm the product is unopened and unworn, we’ll approve your return and a prepaid return shipping label and a return authorisation form will be sent to you via email as a downloadable document. Simply print the label, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at a parcel shop that is convenient for you.You can then send it back to us for either a full refund or an exchange. Please use the original packaging to ensure safe transit. You’ll be responsible for any damage during return shipping.

Step 3:
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. If it meets our return criteria, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days. 


Important Note:
If the item is not returned in its original protective packaging and the brand packaging is damaged, it may render the item unsaleable, and your return may be rejected.

What To Do If My Order Arrives Damaged/Dirty/Defective?

All faulty items must be returned within 30 days of your receipt of delivery.
